The Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Industrial Technology Research and Innovation Park Green Energy Application Project is located in the Jiangbei New Area Research and Innovation Park,extending to Hengjiang Avenue in the east,Yuanli Road in the south,Huafu Road in the west,and Zhuoyue Road in the north.The planned land for the project is about 10000 square meters,and the nature of the land is B29a scientific research and design land.The plot ratio is≤3.0,the building density is≤40%,the green space ratio is≥25%,the building height is≤100m,and the proposed total construction area is about 36000 square meters,including about 22000 square meters of aboveground construction area,about 14000 square meters of underground construction area,and about 1500 square meters of new structures.The main construction contents include:computer room,scientific research laboratory building,water storage tank Parking lots(garages)and other supporting facilities.
Project Summary:
The total construction area of the energy station on the first phase plot of the Research and Innovation Park is 35183㎡,including a main building and energy storage tank structures.The main building has 10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground,with the underground floor serving as a motor garage and the underground floor serving as a cold and heat source machine room of the energy station.The cold and heat source system(excluding energy storage tanks)will be constructed in stages,and input will be made in batches according to the sequence of service plot development and the progress of access users.The process room of the energy station covers an area of about 7500㎡,with a total service building area of about 2.2 million㎡.It provides cooling for civil use in summer and heating in winter,and the data center provides cooling throughout the year.
