2.According to different refrigerated foods and different storage periods,determine the corresponding storage temperature values.For various types of foods,especially meat,during low-temperature storage,determine the corresponding storage temperature based on the biochemical changes and the degree of inhibition of the growth and reproduction of low-temperature bacteria.If low-temperature storage does not exceed half a year,the commonly used storage temperature is-18-15℃;For storage over half a year,a low temperature of≤-18℃should be used;For foods with high fat content,such as fish with high fat content,in order to prevent oxidation of fat during low-temperature storage,a storage temperature below-18℃and between-24℃and-20℃should be used.

3.Reducing the temperature difference between the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant and the temperature inside the cold storage When the temperature inside the cold storage is constant,the evaporation temperature can increase accordingly as the temperature difference between the evaporation temperature and the temperature inside the warehouse decreases.At this time,if the condensation temperature of the cold storage remains unchanged,it means that the refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration compressor increases.In other words,under the same refrigeration capacity,the consumption of electric energy can be reduced.
