Reconstruction of thermal insulation layer for cold storage foundation
Generally,the foundation of conventional warehouses has not been subjected to thermal insulation and frost heave prevention treatment,so it is necessary to do a good job in the reconstruction of the foundation insulation layer for cold storage,which is of great significance to the temperature stability and energy consumption reduction of cold storage in the future.If the reconstructed low-temperature cold storage(-25℃~-15℃)is to be built in a large area,it is necessary to conduct antifreezing and thermal insulation treatment on the ground;If it is only a small area of several hundred square meters or less,it only needs to make the insulation layer thicker.The reconstruction of common cold storage foundation insulation layer involves embedding cement ventilation pipes in the backfill soil,or using ethylene glycol antifreeze water,as well as warm water above 0 degrees flowing through the embedded pipeline to address the problem of frost heave prevention of the foundation.For the part of the foundation that cannot be raised too much,it can also be paved with pebbles and some large particle stone blocks,and then compacted to achieve ventilation and exhaust.
Top load structure of steel structure
In addition to ground insulation,the wall and top insulation of the cold storage is also increased on the basis of the original warehouse.Therefore,considering the addition of thermal insulation materials such as insulation panels on the top,and the addition of refrigeration equipment(air coolers or aluminum exhaust pipes,as well as pipelines,etc.)in the warehouse,it is necessary to evaluate the specification loads of the top steel structure and corrugated bars during the transformation process.In addition,in northern areas,it is particularly important to pay attention to wind and snow loads.Otherwise,in extreme cases,it will result in a pressure span at the top.
Changes in warehouse fire protection facilities
After being converted into a cold storage,due to the fact that the original common warehouse fire protection system,such as sprinkler facilities,cannot be installed in the low-temperature warehouse,higher requirements are put forward for the flame retardant performance of the thermal insulation materials of the cold storage body.Currently,there are mainly two types of thermal insulation materials for warehouse bodies on the market:Class B2 and Class B1.It is strictly prohibited to choose thermal insulation materials of inferior quality and poor flame retardance.
Changes in electrical power
Due to the increase of refrigeration system and electrical system equipment in cold storage,the electrical power of the original ordinary warehouse cannot meet the use needs.Therefore,during the renovation of cold storage,necessary modifications should be made to the electrical power according to the increased electrical equipment.
